Since 1 month the livemap is no more updated :oops:
The new raods exist but are not visible

There is indeed something weird here. The new junction was created on January 17th, the app and WME show the changes, while the livemap only allows you to find routes and if you click you can see it finds the segment’s name, however they are not displayed.

I tried different zoom levels and there was no changes. I’ve had delays before but 2 weeks is starting to be a while.

Ideas anyone or should we ask staff ?

This has been happening for a while. It seems that different zoom levels on the live map refresh at different rates from the app and what’s posted on the status blog; not sure if Waze knows about this or if they plan to do anything about it…

As I said above I had already tried all zoom levels but in this case they were all the same, so that couldn’t be the issue. :wink:

Since nobody else posted here I went ahead and asked staff directly and got a reply today.
Apparently they had a problem with the livemap builder in the ROW environment (NA was working fine), the IFS team said that it should be updated within a few days now, nobody had noticed the problem at Waze before it was brought to their attention.
