I would like to be able to edit the following segments.

Reason: Left turn (changing heading from EAST to NORTH) is allowed only for BUS, not for cars.

Thanks for your request.
I have lowered the level of this segment.
HOWEVER, what I see on the picture (and this is the latest streetview), the signs mean that turning left is forbidden for busses and trucks exempted for Ljubljana passenger transport… So according to this sign private cars should be allowed to turn left here.
But probably the signs have been changed since the picture?
