Thanks for your report here.
I have published the camera on the map in the mean time.
Just in the middle of the road between Delakovo and Vulčevo.
Unfortunately you can’t put a camera with level 1.
Let me know if position is OK. If you want, you can send me a picture: ronald@waze.si.
