Local speed limits edit

I live in Škofja Loka (Podlubnik II to be exact) and there are a lot of local speed limits which are incorrect.
Lots of streets now have 30 km/h speed limits and I’m wondering with who I have to get in contact to edit the map(s) as I can’t, as I’m level 1 editor only.
