Good afternoon. I need help with the company Cristal Volkswagen Itabuna. The company is listed as closed on WAZE, but this information is incorrect. In the Google listing, it’s normal. I manage the company on Google Maps, but I don’t know the reason why it is showing this way on Waze and I am unable to change this status.

Waze does not have an option to mark a location as “permanently closed”; such information comes from the Google Maps database.
This location on Google Maps, which is linked to the Waze place, has the status of “permanently closed”; I marked it there as “reopened”, but it depends on Google Maps’ acceptance; I suggest you do the same.
