New PA I 83 exit 10 ramps have been opened.
The junction points for the I 83 S exit ramp, and I 83 N entrance ramp are now further north than before, and need to be moved by a level 5+ editor.

When should the fix be visible?
When I enter the Map Editor, the junction points are where they were previously. The ramps remain unconnected to the interstate.
