No fix to suggest sorry, mine is working ok.
I have the same problem since months. Tapatalk support wasn’t helpful, they suggested to speak to waze support.
I guess maybe it has something to do with the used character set for the password, but I am not sure and have no time to test it. I am glad that I can login to the waze app, which also did not work versions ago, so I don’t want to change my password for testing.
Very annoying bug! Tapatalk is not useable for waze forum without login.
