I want to register my Gas Station here in waze, but it says that it needs to be level 2. So how do i level my account up? thanks in advance

You can add the gas station using the app or you can get with an editor in whatever state/country you are in by posting in the forum of the appropriate state/country. Someone from that state/country can help get the gas station added.
