Looking to add closures

Hello,

I am looking for a way to note closures on some local roads. There are a couple of projects in the Kentville and Wolfville areas that have road closures for construction purposes.

Any direction or details are greatly appreciated. I have looked through the wiki with regards and seem to be missing the ability to add closures.

While traveling through Cape Breton Nova Scotia I was sent on a route which I Know has a closure. On Mira Bay road in Mira Gut there was a swing bridge over Mira river which was removed in Oct of 2017. I would like to have the map updated to help others. The bridge will be rebuilt starting in May of 2020 with a completion scheduled for Nov. 2020. If someone could help me to solve this issue, as I don’t quite know how.

Have you been the one who reported numerous issues there? If so I responded to your requests within the editor but never got a response. I will certainly look in to making this a closure!

Because this timeline is so far in the future I’ve ended up just removing the road segment and will make a note that it is to be reconstructed. I can’t seem to find any news articles stating the dates you’ve provided above. Ultimately as long as people aren’t being routed down a road they can’t go on I think we’re ok here.

Thanks for correcting the map very much appreciated. The app did try sending me on that route however I knew the bridge was missing so I just used the next road. Cheers!
