Please could a Level 5 downlock this segment of the A590 so that I can redraw the roads to incorporate a new roundabout that I stumbled upon yesterday (mine is one of the UR’s).

Highways Agency have confirmed it’s a permanent remodel in this article… http://www.highways.gov.uk/roads/road-projects/a590-greenodd-junction-improvement/

Downlocked to L3, can you uplock the bit to the south to L3 when you’ve finished.
