I need to get the permalink areas unlocked so that I can update turn restrictions for the two side roads highlights.

You are restricted from turning left down the two side streets (that are permalinked with the group) between 4:30PM-6:30PM during the week if you are heading down Columbia Pike toward Sleepy Hallow.

Sorry, thought I had posted something in that one previously and was told to use the state one. I can get it over there in that forum or if you want to make the changes, makes no difference to me.

Those turns have the time based restrictions set now. I don’t know who did it or when, but they seem to be right.
