Lvl 4 Reinstate 70mph limit m18s near Thorne

Afternoon

Please could someone change the 50mph section of the m18s back to 70 now couple of reports to say the limits incorrect, so looks like the road works have now finished ( no longer see them on highways England), I’ll reply to the UR and delete the comment in a couple of days.

All SB sections now 70mph.

Interestingly the slip roads and roundabout are M5/A4 and have presumably been 71 all the time.
