I’m an area manager for this area, but I don’t have Lvl 5 access. These two segments are marked with no city, but they’re in the Town of Forest Acres. I’d like these unlocked on a permanent basis–the only section of Forest Drive that valuable is the interchange with I 77 (which I’ve checked and locked myself).
