for the past 6 months our online orders from walmart plus have been going to the wrong house. after spending hours on the phone with them many times per week we finally received the information that their SPARK delivery staff use waze. We searched the router on WAZE from the walmart superstore in putnam CT to our house and found that it directs the driver to 18 Colonial Road, not 18 Indian Lane in Webster MA. Please fix this. I attached the correct route on google maps showing the street and only route that can be used because it is a dead end circle street with no connection roads.

Thanks for reaching out to us with this navigational issue. This error occurred because this address was not in Waze. So Waze asked Google Maps for help, and it received an incorrect location 18 Colonial Ln. This is where Google Maps has the pin for this address.
. GPS will snap you to the closest street to an address. If the pin for the address is set back from the street and closer to another road, you will be navigated to the incorrect street.
I have added this address into Waze. I am now navigated correctly to this address.To get these edits in your app and be navigated correctly to this address, you will have to delete all drives to this address from your app, including any preset favorites like “home” When you reenter this destination you should be navigated correctly.
Please note that when delivery companies use Waze, they sometimes use their company’s app connected to Waze. Those other apps often send a set of map coordinates to Waze (latitude / longitude), not an address or name of a place which can result in incorrect navigation. There’s nothing we can do to fix the driving directions if those coordinates point to the wrong location.
Hopefully these edits will correct your delivery issue. But if not it may be due to the delivery company’s app not functioning the same as Waze when used alone.
