The Spanish Community decided not to name the entry ramps to the highways. So, in principle, we aren’t going to name that segment.
But we’re a bit confused by what you mentioned about “automating closures.” What do you mean?
Can you explain that a bit more?
How and why are closures automated?

First of all, thanks for the welcome and for the quick response.
By automating closures, I mean that we help road administrations (infrastructure owners) improve the way they send information to citizens regarding both scheduled and unexpected maintenance and roadworks. This is why we use scripts to schedule road closures or incidents in order to provide the best service to users. The road (segment) name helps us provide more precise information about the geometry where the road is applied. The lack of a name makes this process more complicated for us; even an alternative name would help improve their precision, but if you say it’s not possible, then no worries!
