Our customers have told for since we moved that the address to Kennedy Jewelers in Chattanooga, TN shows up as our current address, and also shows up as our old address. I would like to delete the one that shows up as East Brainerd Road, and make the current 7988 East Brainerd Road the only listing. I just joined Waze, so I can’t edit it myself. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Jeremy Kennedy
Hi Jeremy,
There is not a searchable place point currently mapped in Waze, so your search results would likely be pulling a Google search result. Checking with Google and Googlemaps, I only get the one address listing at 7988 E Brainerd Rd that you mentioned.
I’m happy to add this place point for you and will do so. You should be able to add and edit place information via the app. There’s more information on how to do this here: https://support.google.com/waze/answer/6262592?hl=en
Give me a little bit, then you and your customers will probably want to remove any previous search history from their app and then create a new search. You should see the point I created today.
Hope this helps!
Luke
