Waze maps incorrectly show a private drive as access from Harrowgate Rd to Tosh Ln. This is incorrect. There is no throughway from Harrowgate Rd to Tosh Ln.
This private drive dead ends at 14702 and 14704 Harrowgate Rd. and is private property. Please correct this error. Thank you.
Hi. This report was rather confusing, because the Waze map does not show a private drive to access those two addresses. In fact, the absence of a private drive is what was causing your issue. I do not understand why you would say “Waze maps incorrectly show a private drive” when no such thing is visible on the app. However, I have added a private drive that should result in correct directions to these two addresses.
Perhaps I could have worded that better. I was hoping to reduce the number of vehicles that come up my private drive expecting to connect with Tosh Ln. I am not a Waze user, but 5-6 vehicles per week that are following Waze directions end up in my yard confused. This only happens with Waze users. I usually tell them to use Google Maps for correct directions to Tosh Ln
Honestly, I do not see how that could possibly happen. There is literally no road on the Waze map connecting Harrowgate to Tosh Ln (directly), so there is no way Waze could have given drivers directions to turn on a non-existent road. I tried using Waze just now to ask for directions to a couple of addresses on Tosh Lane, and this problem did not occur.
