the two ends of expressway （G56 杭瑞高速） in this link are edited by a rank 6 editor, and locked in rank 4
I have already fill the gap between two ends, but cannot connect the them due to havent reach the locked rank.

I have connected them and also downlocked them to L3 so you can edit them with correct street name.
