I would like to request for WME rank upgrade because I have seen that some things are missing in my country(Zambia) and city(Lusaka) and I would like to edit and add the missing things.

Welcome. I can see you haven’t submitted any edits yet - at level 1 you should be able to get started right away adding places and editing roads within a mile of any drives you have recently completed. You will rank up to level 2 automatically at 3000 edits.
I recommend posting in the Zambia forum if you need help, some champs editing there will be able to help:

Hello, thank you so much for the information. Yes, that’s correct. I was trying to make some edits, e.g., adding a speed camera, but the system wouldn’t let me; it kept saying “Saving error Check permission.” Thank you so much let me go and check out the Zambian community.
