My map now disappears when using it in Car Play. It happens 100% now. I ended up deleting Waze until there is a fix. I live in Pennsylvania, USA

Yes. This is a well known bug that staff is working on with the Apple CarPlay team to resolve. A partial resolution should be released with the next app update. Other instances may require updates from Apple.
