Development Way (north and parallel to Shelbyville Rd) is closed for construction, east of North English Station Rd. This is the entrance to Middletown Commons Shopping Center. Detours are well marked. The closure is just a short distance (to the first intersection), but it is a main entrance to the shopping center.
