I used the Waze iPhone app for the first time today and while trying to get used to the interface clicked on the “orient the map North” button. In doing so the map oriented to the north like it should have but now I can’t get it back to pointing the direction that I’m traveling. I can toggle the button and it will show a “N” and then won’t show a “N” but the map just sits there. Any suggestions? Also I chose the default blue car as my marker but all that shows is a green directional arrow, what gives? Thanks
Try the “me on map” button in the lower left corner after you switch back from North Up mode. Also, the green arrow shows up when it is in North-up mode as a way of more easily showing your direction.
