Steps to reproduce this issue:
A user submitted map suggestions to confirm turns at this node: https://waze.com/en-US/editor?env=usa&lat=42.73048&lon=-72.85769&zoomLevel=17&nodes=18649365
The suggestions were accepted, but the turns are still flagged as unconfirmed.

You may want to confirm that it is not a Toolbox issue.
The junction is still flagged in Incognito mode. Or are you suggesting that Toolbox may have interfered with accepting the MS? (Segment history appears to show that the turns should have been confirmed.)
No, I was thinking that the purple question mark was from Toolbox, but could be wrong.

Thank you for your report. If you click on the arrow with the question mark, the “Save” button will become active, then, when you save, the question mark should not be appearing anymore. I will report this issue internally and let you know when there is an update.
