Map Suggestions Disappear When Segment Is Split

Steps to reproduce this issue:
When a segment with active Map Suggestions is split — either by accepting a new segment suggestion or through any manual edit — all Map Suggestions associated with that segment disappear.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create multiple New Segments using Map Suggestions, all connected to the same existing segment.
2. Accept one of the suggested new segments, which causes the existing segment to split.
3. After the split, the remaining Map Suggestions linked to that segment disappear.

The same issue occurs if a segment (not created through Map Suggestions) is manually connected to a segment (creating a split) that already has Map Suggestions — those existing suggestions are removed.

Thanks a lot for your input!
This behavior is working as designed, which has been explained here:

This is indeed WAD, but due to a change in the segment ID. Because you made a suggestion for the initial segment and then it was split, the initial segment ID changed. Our BE checked the first suggestion and automatically removed it since the segment ID no longer existed.

However, when multiple segments are created and added to the same segment as part of one suggestion, there shouldn’t be a problem.
