The navigation on Waze to our address, 35 Atherton Close Buderim, sends visitors to Ironbark Road (our back fence). Can you change the ‘pin location’, so that directions are provided into our estate, and to Atherton Close? You can only access our estate from Stringybark Road.

Hi,

I have now manually added the entry point for the address so you should be routed to the correct location in the future. This should be updated in Waze in a few hours, although it may take a couple days.

For Waze to update the location on your device, please remove the destination from your recent destinations list and/or your saved address by tapping the 3 dots next to the place, then tap remove. If you do not do this, Waze will continue routing you to the old location for up to 30 days.

I have submitted a request to Google Maps to have your address pin moved closer to Atherton Close (this is what was causing the problem). You might also like to submit a request as the more they receive the more likely they are to action the move.
