Reason: New apartment complex. Need to add NW 31st Rd to NW 98th St (all turns permitted)

It looks like this request was denied? It’s a brand new apartment complex with “now open” flags. Some buildings under construction, but active residents living there. I plan to add the location of the clubhouse tomorrow.

You should have received a response from the editor that rejected the edit suggestion. It was missing several things for completion and caused an unneeded junction. I stretched out the existing segment up to the road and attached it instead of creating a new segment.
