Brilliant - thanks Iain! Surrey seem to be sneaking in limit changes - no ‘New Speed Limit’ signs other than the small repeater signs where there’s no lighting - next thing will be speed guns to raise revenue (I’m not paranoid - the Universe really is out to get me!).
