I believe Alan already responded that we cannot modify that link since it is part of the forum itself, but I will check with Waze to see if we can add something to link back to our FAQ in the Wiki.
I also added the Forum FAQ to our Wiki FAQ page. This provides an effective disambiguation when searching for FAQ in the Wiki now.
The search in Firefox will only search the current URL, so unless you are on a page with all possible links displayed directly this would not likely turn up anything very useful. It is mainly for finding what you need once you believe you are on the page required. Did you mean you went to the Forum search or Wiki search?
This is of course the forum search you are talking about and is a good place to search in addition to the Wiki. When searching for multiple words you were doing it correctly by using the advanced search page and using the default setting to require all the words you entered. However something like Map will probably be in every single forum thread somewhere. That is why sometimes it is better to start in the Wiki for your search term and possibly find another way your question might be referenced with a special term or phrase. Then search in the forums for that possibly more unique term.
I did not see that you searched the Wiki for any of these terms. However until I made some updates in the last hour, I think you would have ended up with the same confusion. :o
I would appreciate if you want to test my Wiki changes and search for some of the terms that started this question to see if it gets you what you need. This will ensure future new editors have a better initial experience.
