Thanks for sharing the info on the 2024 marathon closures. I’m not planning to be in HK during that time but it’s good to be aware of events like that. 
The event should be in the past now. Sorry I was out of town the whole time without a computer hence I cannot implement such a massive amount of closure before the event.
