Marking the location of red light cameras

I’ve searched the forum, and seen this has been discussed before, but I’m not sure there was ever a conclusion reached.

It would be great if there was a way to mark the location of (fixed) red light cameras. My Radar detector does this already, but it’s not very intelligent, as it warns me when I’m near one, even if I’m on a freeway passing over the top of the monitored intersection. Hopefully Waze could be a little more intelligent. Other than that logic, it would work the same way as marking a police location.
