Dear Community members,
We’re very excited to introduce the new Waze Chief Product Officer - Tina Weyand! You may have already seen Tina in a recent session with the community.
Tina brings more than 25 years of experience across B2B, B2C and B2B2C product management with a focus on driving growth and collaboration. Tina will lead Product, User Experience and User Experience Design bringing her passion for learning and curiosity to bring value creation for users. She joins us most recently from Google where she was the Senior Director of Product for the Retail Ads business and several growth verticals including Local, B2B, and Autos, spanning both the advertiser and consumer experience. She also previously held a number of key leadership roles including Expedia Group as SVP & GM leading 300+ product managers and engineers focused on building the next stage of travel experiences for six global brands including Expedia, Orbitz and Travelocity.
Tina is an avid Waze user and, in her own words, the community “charges her up.” Tina is so looking forward to meeting you - she will be joining meetups and online events in 2023. We’ll keep you posted on the upcoming events where you can meet her.
