by adding the street you created a loop. Informations about loops and how to remove them are here https://wazeopedia.waze.com/wiki/Belgium/Quick_start_guide#Create_a_loop_road

The segment at the crossing Rue d’Arlon /Am Wangert is too short (4m). Segments should always be at least 6m. In this case you can create a simple crossing instead of two crossings by moving the node Rue d’Arlon /Am Wangert to the node Parling Lot Road / Rue d’Arlon.

Due to lack of response, I solved the problem with the loop and locked the N8 again to L4.
