my mileage credits have not been credited to my account in approximately a year. I’ve tried everything short of deleting my account and starting over. Any ideas?
I believe there was a change in how the points are calculated and driving is no longer part of the calculation. I can’t find the post(s) that are related, but that’s what I remember.
That’s a ridiculous policy change!
