Miles updating

I drove 480 miles yesterday. My routes are not even close to that amount. Do I expect not to see them get updated? Getting frustrated with the updates and recordings, I’m sure there are other days with missed miles. To a point where I don’t want to monitor everyday if my miles updated. Any help?

it happend to me too. I drove 74 km and only 7km where recorded (on the world server)

may be is a network problem? losing 3G on the road?

after that, i touch the report button frequently to see if I have network connection. I don’t know if that helps

Note that only the parts of your route that match existing segments will be counted in the overview. Did you check the routes in the old editor?

Yes I did. There is some minor red segments, but my trip was much much longer and segments do exists.

It often happens that a single long route is broken into some other size pieces for reasons we don’t fully understand. Longer (portions) of a route take longer to process than shorter ones. If it doesn’t appear in a couple of days, contact support via the Quick Help section on the Support page.

Thanks. I don’t really care about losing some kilometers, but it’s important to be aware of this so it can be fixed if it is a problem.

I’ll we watching my dashboard to see if this lost km appear.

Could also be do to lost cellular data connectivity when you were on-route.

I understand that driving sessions are recorded and sent to the server when connectivity works.
The loss of the network only prevents to download new tiles, traffic and problems, and to uploads reports.
Is not like that?
