Missing road n map

I can only see the other drivers icon. Unable to see the road and the highlighted routes. Already reinstalled but still same issue. Please help.

I don’t think it’s telco because wherever i go I’m getting this problem. I have completed the form.

By the way started from last Friday. Then on Monday it was ok. Then started again on Tuesday. I have enabled the debug mode. Appreciate to settle this soon as I’m using waze for grab often. Thank u

Hi I have confirmed and verified it’s somehow related to the Maxis cell towers you are connected to. If you are connected to a good cell tower no issues but if you are connected to a cell tower that is configured wrongly or having issues, you will face the issue you are facing.

This means it depends on your location and which cell tower you are connected to.

I have personally faced this and have reported the issue to Maxis and hope that they can investigate what went wrong with the cell tower configuration.
