Mississauga Ontario - Trying to add a business!

I’ve done everything to input the business location and info however, it won’t let me save it.
I’m assuming I don’t have the permission to do so - hoping someone can help.

It seems like you did everything correctly. The Save button should be blue and in the top right corner. That said, I’ve added the business for you.
