I’ve divided Blackburn Rd, Mount Waverley, between Waverley Rd and Wellington Rd.
Some of the Monash Freeway ramps at Blackburn Rd are locked, while others are unlocked. I’ve been able to correct the junctions on the unlocked ramps, but the locked ramps need to be rejunctioned to the appropriate Northbound and Southbound, Blackburn Road nodes.
