Being State Manager for Real Time Closures is an important role, one that needs mainly for SM’s to be aware of upcoming closures. This thread aims to coordinate all SMs in that effort.
I opened a spreadsheet where we can input websites where construction or closures are officially announced like this (example):

How do CMs and SMs monitor such pages?
Not manually

Use this web addon called Distill Web Monitor (Chrome / Firefox)
This add-on tracks webpages for changes, so it can notify you when a monitored page has a new announcement and you can check if closures need to be made in WME.

Elle se charge de surveiller les pages internet pour tout changement, vous pouvez donc être notifié lorsqu’un site surveillé a une nouvelle annonce de travaux et vérifier s’il sera nécessaire d’installer des fermetures de routes dans WME.[/hide]

Installiere die Erweiterung Distill Web Monitor (Chrome / Firefox)
Diese Erweiterung überwacht Webseiten auf Veränderungen und informiert dich, wenn es auf einer Seite eine neue Ankündigung für eine Strassensperre gibt. Danach musst du nur noch prüfen, ob eine Anpassung im WME notwendig ist.[/hide]
