Road closure which will require detour for navigation. Official press release from City of Moorhead:

Starting Monday October 10, 8 St between 1 Ave N and 2 Ave N will be closed as part of a sanitary sewer lining project. The road will reopen to full traffic use by the end of November, weather permitting. During the project, 9 St and 1 Ave N will be used as a detour. Motorists are encouraged to find alternate routes and expect delays and congestion in the area.
