The UR reporter states that their app is not allowing a right turn into Alstom Depot Road. I can’t recreate that in the app or the live map regardless of where the route starts from but they are insistent that something has changed recently and that it is fine on Google maps and AA route planner.
Any help would be appreciated.

We have no POIs around here, so unless they navigate to “Alstom Depot Rd” it will pull the POI from external sources.
“Morden London Underground Train Depot” is routing to the A24 south, half way between Grosvenor Court and Alstom Depot Road. This means a driver heading east on the A24 north will be diverted up to the one way system and back.
I have added Morden London Underground Train Depot, and mapped Google’s POI to it, and added an entry point along Alstom Depot Road.
Since the user reports this is only recent, I suspect there might have been a PLR or PR here, as there is a node for one, but it is no longer there. That may make the difference between that PLR/PR road being closest and the A24 south being the closest to the POI on Google.
