You dont need a JB if there is only one side street.
Just disable the right turn (travelling north) and the second right turn if travelling south.

I think it made the change when I saw the UR, but got side tracked by a 7-Eleven ad pin

I realised after asking for the JB that they were just turns. I did actually update them all as well, but by that time I had closed down for the night.
