With the app running on your phone, stand outside and tap the report button. Then tap Place. Add a picture. Add other details. Submit. A local editor will then have to approve it.
You can also find the section of the forum for your country (See main page of the forum for the different areas of the world). They can help you get it added, or you can ask them to review it once you have submitted via the app.
