please unlock this segment, I want to disconnect it from the major highway and edit its type.

3I think it’s OK to keep it at lock level 3.
Which type do you want to change it to?

EDIT: I unlocked the highway 60 as well.

I’ve split it then changed part of it to an Off-road.
I want also to unlock this segment to L3, so I can edit the connection point with the segment that I asked to Unlock in the previous segment.

concerning 60, you can relock now.
