Waze is providing incorrect directions to our new Arizona Tile location on La Palma Avenue in Anaheim. The directions on Wave is incorrect, as it’s having people drive on the East side of the building, which is not possible. If they do that, there is no way for them to get to our location. The direction need to be bringing South on Ocean.
It looks like these changes have already been made recently.
The changes made here are live in the app. You will need to clear the navigation cache for this address. To clear the navigation cache for this address please follow these steps:
IMPORTANT STEPS- From the home screen tap Where to?, scroll to the address, long press on the address until the next menu appears, and then tap Remove drive. Do this for ALL instances of this address in your search history. Repeat these steps in Saved places, Home, and Work, if applicable. Then re-add the destination. These steps will clear the navigation cache for this address. If this is not done you will continue to get improper navigation.
