Need assistance with a map edit from level 3 or above

I’m trying to finish up adding a new road in the Fredericksburg area but I’m not level 3 so I can not connect the road to Warrenton Rd. I would appreciate it if someone could finish it for me.

The road does not have a name at the moment but it connects Warrenton Rd to McWhirt Loop. You can turn left from Warrenton Rd. on to this road or from this road turn right on to Warrenton Rd.
