Need help to correct my client's business name

My client is Vivify Chirpratic: https://waze.com/en-US/editor?env=usa&lat=25.73293&lon=-80.30932&marker=true&zoomLevel=22

Waze shows business as Vivify Chiropractor (instead of Chiropractic).

I need help updating this. Website and Google Business both show correct name.

I have requested edit via and and always goes to Pending review.

Please help.
