Need incorrect roads unlocked [Pennsylvania]

The two roads connected to 76 are police access road to the turnpike.

They are now unlocked, and I’ve added turn restrictions. You may want to edit it differently.

Thanks. I found another needs unlocked is an overpass and isnt on a different level.
