If that Place has house no, please put it accordingly. Else, just fill in road name (I believe it have) and City.

Also, please spell it accordingly. Not with all caps or small letter.

For eg, Kedah, Malaysia. Not KEDAH, MALAYSIA or kedah, malaysia.
