A few points of improvements on your request:
This is the uae forum, not Oman 
Your link is for the livemap, not the editor. So I don’t know which segments you need unlocked.
What lock level is needed, and what do want it to be? (L3 –>L1 for example)

The new road was finished last month, is not in the photo.
