Hello! When entering Institūta iela 19-41 Ulbroka, it leads to the wrong location. It is located in the same place as Institūta 19. People are arriving at the wrong location. What should be done?

Could you describe the issue in a bit more detail — what is the problem — where does it lead you incorrectly? What is shown, and if you have any photos of the situation — that would be perfect.
Currently, when trying to enter “Institūta iela 19, Ulbroka”, it also leads to that house, provided that it is the correct address and building. I have also attached the Street View as we see it on our end.
I suggest clearing your old search results right away and searching for this address anew.

When entering “Institūta 19-41”, it leads to the wrong address. I am currently at Institūta 19-41, but Waze takes me somewhere near the Stopiņi Ambulance.

We recommend always entering only the street and house number, unless there is a specific building block.
In this case, when typing “Instutūta iela 19-41” before pressing “Search” — click on that “incorrect” result, swipe right, you will see “Delete” and then type it again, but only “Institūta iela 19, Ulbroka” —> it should be the correct result.

House 19 is split into 2 houses.
To get to the correct house, I also have to include the apartment number.
That’s why Waze gives the wrong directions.
Several people have ended up at the clinic this way.

We could also proceed this way.
